Return & Exchange Policy

At Ashjar, we take great care in delivering healthy plants and quality products. Please read our policy below:

1. Plants

No Returns: Due to the perishable and delicate nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns once they are delivered.

Damaged Plants: If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please share an unboxing video or photos with us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review and, if approved, offer a free replacement or store credit.


2. Pots, Tools & Accessories

Eligibility: Pots, tools, and other non-plant items can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Process: The customer will cover return shipping charges unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once processed for dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
